WhatsApp Business API pricing calculator
Estimate costs from chargeable delivered template messages and your platform subscription. Enter current rates for your recipient market: India, UAE, USA or another destination.
Get rates from Meta's official rate card and your provider quote. Check category availability for each market. These inputs do not fetch live prices or convert currencies.
Changing currency clears the estimate. Enter only chargeable messages; exclude messages eligible for free service or utility windows.
Enter a platform fee and rates for every non-zero message volume.
Excludes taxes, exchange charges, AI usage, extra seats and other add-ons. Volume tiers and free-entry-point exceptions are not calculated automatically. For mixed destinations or rate tiers, calculate each group separately and add the platform fee only once.
How WhatsApp API message pricing works
Meta charges by delivered message, recipient market and message category. Marketing covers promotional content; utility covers relevant operational updates; authentication covers identity verification. Service replies within the customer service window and eligible utility replies have free-message rules. Check the linked rate card for current exceptions and volume tiers.
A worked example
If you enter 1,000 chargeable marketing messages at an illustrative rate of 0.01 USD and a platform fee of 20 USD, the estimate is 30 USD. These numbers explain the calculation and are not a Meta rate or a Botinx plan quote.
Plan a budget for your business
Use your customers' destination markets rather than your office location when collecting rates. Confirm current availability before budgeting a US marketing campaign. Compare Botinx subscription plans, then use our software buying checklist to review seats, integrations and support.
