Are WhatsApp message charges included?
No. Meta message charges and the applicable Botinx platform markup are billed separately from the subscription. The exact rate depends on the destination country and message category.
What happens after I choose a plan?
If you are new, Botinx creates your account first and then takes you directly to billing with your selected plan and cycle ready. Payment is verified before the subscription becomes active.
Can I change plans later?
You can select another active plan from the billing page. The checkout uses the current plan configuration stored by Botinx administrators.
