Terms of Use

Effective 11 August 2026. These Terms apply to the Botinx website, platform, APIs, mobile experiences, and related services.

By creating an account, accepting an order, or using Botinx, you agree to these Terms. If you use Botinx for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these Terms for that organization.

1. Using Botinx

You may use Botinx only for lawful business purposes and in line with these Terms, your subscription, applicable law, and the rules of connected services. You are responsible for the activity of users invited to your organization and for keeping account credentials secure.

2. WhatsApp and customer consent

You are responsible for obtaining and recording any consent required to contact a person, using approved message templates where required, honoring opt-out requests, and following Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy. Botinx does not authorize unsolicited or deceptive messaging.

3. Accounts and security

Provide accurate account and organization information. Administrators are responsible for roles, permissions, connected WhatsApp accounts, API keys, and integrations. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.

4. Subscriptions, wallet, and message charges

Paid features are provided under the plan and billing cycle selected at checkout. WhatsApp message charges, platform markup, wallet credits, and applicable taxes may be separate from the subscription. Current plan limits and transaction history are shown in the billing workspace. Payments are processed by the payment provider displayed at checkout.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Botinx to send spam, commit fraud, impersonate another person, distribute illegal or harmful content, interfere with the service, bypass security or usage limits, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform, or access data that does not belong to your organization.

6. Customer data

You retain responsibility for the customer data and content you submit. You authorize Botinx to process that information only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information.

7. Third-party services

Botinx can connect with services such as Meta, Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Sheets, payment processors, and AI providers. Their availability and use are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, suspension, or failures in a third-party service outside our control.

8. Intellectual property

Botinx and its licensors own the platform, website, software, visual design, and documentation, excluding customer content and third-party materials. Your subscription gives your authorized users a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service during the active term.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Botinx reliable and secure, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security events, network failures, Meta platform changes, and circumstances outside reasonable control can affect the service. Features may change as the platform develops.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, address non-payment, investigate misuse, comply with law, or prevent harm. You may stop using Botinx at any time. Ending access does not erase payment obligations already incurred.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Botinx is provided on an as-available basis without warranties that every workflow or third-party integration will meet every business requirement. Neither party is liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses except where such a limitation is prohibited by law.

12. Updates and contact

We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Questions about these Terms can be sent to contact@botinx.com.
